New training course for existing W.A. Accredited Pilots wishing to operate in Victoria
VicRoads have recently reiterated that W.A. Accredited Pilots will not be allowed to operate within Victorian State borders if they have not formally achieved the national competency `TLI F3060A – Control traffic as a pilot vehicle operator’ (previously TLIF6007A).
To overcome this potential issue for W.A. Pilots wishing to operate in Victoria, WARTA will be running a one day TLIF3060A training course from it’s Cohn St Carlisle training premises. Frequency of course delivery will be determined by industry demand. Interested Pilots should contact either Bianca or Roger on 9470-1245 to register on a wait list. Class sizes will be 8 to 10 participants.
The course cost is $160 per participant.
Upon successful completion of the course participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the national TLIF3060A competency. The document should be kept in your vehicle at all times whilst in Victoria and will meet VicRoads formal requirements for Pilot operators should you be questioned on road.
