Outcome

On successful completion of the course candidates will receive a Statement of Attainment indicating their successful achievement of the national competency which forms part of the TLI 21610 Certificate II in Warehousing Operations.

Please note that the granting of this Statement of Attainment does not in itself award the licence. Following successful completion of the assessments the Assessor will prepare documentation which will include an interim licence which is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. It is the responsibility of the trainee to make application to Worksafe for a high risk work licence.

Your assessor will provide you with information about application submission requirements. Please note that part of this submission is an additional $77 made payable to WorkSafe. Queries relating to your forklift application form please contact WorkSafe. http://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/worksafe/index.htm
