WARTA Training Courses - Terms and Conditions
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Submitting this Registration to WA Road Transport Association,(WARTA) indicates acceptance of this policy.
1. Cancellations can be made by phone, fax, mail, e-mail or in person.
2. If a cancellation is received 3 working days prior to course commencement, the full amount will be refunded.
3. If no cancellation is received at least 3 days prior to course commencement, full course cost will be charged.
4. WARTA reserves the right to cancel any course if insufficient bookings are received. Should this occur, those who are registered will be informed and their course fees refunded in full or credited to the next scheduled course.
Course Fees
Full payment for course is required at registration, and can be made with any of the following:
Cash, Cheque & Money Order (made out to Transport Forum WA Inc)
EFT: BSB 086-217, Account No. 483202925 (National Australia Bank)
(please put invoice number or student name in comments when making EFT payment) EFTPOS facilities available – Bankcard, MasterCard & Visa
Sickness Policy
WARTA reserves the right to refuse anyone from participating on a course should they show signs of a contagious sickness - (examples: flu/cold/measles, etc).
Literacy & Numeracy
Courses run by WARTA require participants to have base level literacy and numeracy skills. Please contact WARTA prior to booking, if assistance with training and assessment services are required.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Mutual Recognition
WARTA offers Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Mutual Recognition – if you require more information on this service please contact the Training Division Manager.
Privacy Statement
WARTA will ensure that all records are kept in strict confidence. Any information released will be within the guidelines of the Freedom of Information Act and the Information Privacy Act.
Payment Gateway
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Credit card details provided via this website will not be recorded, stored or accessed by WARTA employees. Credit Card transactions are outsourced to eWAY.com.au - a compliant Gateway Provider. A PCI DSS Certificate confirms that eWAY has been assessed by Securus Global and found to be compliant against the PCI Data Security Standards.
