The session provides an overview of the Legislation, and aims to help clarify the requirements and expectations placed upon transport operators and all parties within the supply chain.

This general information session is suitable for anyone interested in obtaining a general understanding of the implementation of C&E in Western Australia.

This session can also be provided on request for large groups/companies and their staff.

As of the 27th April 2015, the implementation of Western Australia’s C&E Legislation will extend the legal liability for “breaches of law” to all parties who are actively involved in the supply chain.
