This course is an overview of the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety in the transport sector and is ideal for new entrants to the transport industry or those who require a refresher.

This unit forms part of TLI31216 – Certificate III in Driving Operations.
As of the 6th of March 2017 all advertised WARTA courses (Excluding WARTA’s Heavy Vehicle Pilot course) will move to new training facilities at the premises of Training Course Experts (TCE) – 3 Aberdeen Street, Northbridge.
Note: All Heavy Vehicle Pilot courses will still be conducted at WARTA’s Malaga premises – Unit 4/13 Townsend Street, Malaga.

Courses offered by WARTA require students to have a basic level of Literacy and Numeracy skills and knowledge to be able to read and interpret information from reference materials, complete basic mathematical equations and write in English to complete assessments. If you have any difficulties, please advise our office at your earliest convenience prior to training or assessment, so that we may arrange appropriate assistance.
