Centurion workshop supervisor John Lawrence says professionalism is borne from a team effort and utilising the best equipment and systems.
John supervises the truck and dolly workshops at Centurion’s massive Hazelmere complex and prefers to keep his head down and away from the limelight.
That’s hard to do for Centurion’s employee of the month earlier this year; while he was also in the running for last year’s top employee for the company Australia wide.
John prefers to let his work speak for itself and expects professionalism from his crew.
He inherited a team lacking in focus then reshaped the group into a cohesive unit that works hard at keeping Centurion’s 1000-plus fleet on the road and in excellent condition.
He works alongside workshop manager Craig Holt, who also has a supervisory role with the trailer and fabrication workshops…
